Cliffe Cottage - Castleton - a deluxe, Peak District self catering cottage
Built in the 1700's, this one time miners cottage has now been restored and converted into a high quality Peak District cottage available for week long or short break lettings throughout the year. Guests enjoy the peace and tranquillity of a rural location whilst having the modern conveniences of Satellite television and WiFi.
The cottage sleeps six in two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. The cottage has been tastefully appointed in order to retain as much of the original character as possible whilst ensuring a warm cosy place in which to relax and unwind from the stresses of everyday life. The cottage has a large lounge with log burner, exposed oak beams and is complimented by a bright decor.
Perched on the edge of Castleton, in close proximity to the Peak Cavern, the cottage enjoys stunning views of the Peak District National Park. The cottage is adjacent to a network of footpaths which take you to Peveril Castle, Mam Tor and across the hills of the Dark Peak.

Fully appointed kitchen with Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer. The lounge and dining areas have Child Friendly, Pet Friendly, bike Storages, Freesat TV, DVD/CD player, radio and WiFi . Please note that the cottage is non-smoking.
