This centrally heated cottage has 2 double rooms, 1 family room (1 double and one single bed) and two twin rooms and there is a double sofa bed in the lounge.
Crow Pie cottage is located in a beautiful part of Matlock Bath, Derbyshire. Situated within two acres of woodland this self-catering cottage is set on the hillside overlooking Matlock Bath in the beautiful Derwent Valley and on the edge of the Peak District.
The cottage has good access to a wide range of local facilities including pubs, restaurants and attractions (all within walking distance) as well as good links with a range of public transport links to Derby, Chesterfield, Sheffield and Manchester.
The property is in the perfect location for discovering dozens of local attractions including Chatsworth House, Hardwick Hall and Haddon Hall; the UK's most popular theme park, Alton Towers; the historically important Derwent Valley Mills where Sir Richard Arkwright started the Industrial Revolution.
There is a family bathroom with bath and over-bath electric power shower, a separate shower room and a downstairs cloakroom. (including shower from March 2012) with WC and basin.
The shaker style kitchen comprises gas hob, electric fan oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave oven. The dining room has french style double doors opening out onto the garden and terrace area at the front of the house. In the large living room there is a cosy feature fireplace with log burning stove, comfy sofas and TV/DVD with Sky TV and selection of DVDs. NEW FOR 2012 - 40" LCD TV and Blue Ray DVD player. Snug/sitting room off living room with sofa, ipod dock and huge range of books, games and jigsaws
Outside there are lovely gardens to front and rear with two acres of woodland for budding explorers to discover in complete safety! Parking by the house is for 3 cars with further parking nearby.
