Over Boothlow is a South facing, Grade II listed farmhouse. Located about a mile from the village of Longnor and Buxton, The Spa Town, is close by.

• Large dining kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer etc.
• Sitting room has a wood burning stove, tv, dvd, sofas and chairs to accommodate 10.
• The first floor has 1 double en suite, 1 king en suite and 1 twin with separate bathroom.
• The second floor has 1 king sized room, 1 twin room and a shared shower room.
• The house is centrally heated.
• There is private parking and storage for bikes in the barn

Outside
• The garden is south facing with garden furniture and flower beds. The views are down the Manifold Valley, lapwings and skylarks can be heard in the summer.
• Immediate to the garden are 40 acres of agricultural meadowland which are mown in July.
• There is river frontage to the Manifold across the meadow where herons and wild ducks can be seen.
