Description Swallow Cottages is a gritstone cottage built in the 1800s. It has been modernised but still retains its charm, character and some original features such as the beams and the cupboard built into the wall. The cottage, which sleeps three, has outstanding views in the White Peak walking way of the Derbyshire National Park. Located in the small quiet unspoilt gritstone and limestone conservation village of Elton near Bakewell. The cottage has central heating and a gas stove in the cosy beamed lounge, with a stable door to the rear garden overlooking beautiful views. The accommodation with full central heating is equipped to a very high standard, and is rated as having an excellent overall level of quality by the English Tourist Commission.
